Consolidated action plan
Unified view of the measures and actions produced by every active method in the project.
What it tracks
| Field | Content |
|---|---|
| Label | What needs to be done |
| Associated risk | Originating risk, with a link to the initial analysis |
| Owner | Person in charge of the action |
| Start date, Due date, Target date | Scheduling |
| Priority | Urgency level |
| Implementation status, Progress % | State of progress |
| Monitoring comments | Update history |
Update history
Each action carries a log: date, status, progress percentage, author and notes. This is what lets you reconstruct how a measure evolved, rather than seeing only its current state.
Gantt view
Actions with both a start date and a due date appear on a timeline chart, with an adjustable horizon (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, all) and grouping by owner or by type.
Actions without dates
Measures with no start or due date do not appear in the Gantt chart — a counter flags them explicitly. Fill in their dates in the Due dates tab to have them show up.
Export
The Excel export of implementation monitoring includes all measures with their progress.
What the analysis report does not contain
Deployment monitoring does not appear in the Word analysis reports (EBIOS, CRS): these are dated deliverables that describe the analysis, not its execution. The EBIOS monitoring framework (5.5), however, is part of it — it is a workshop deliverable, not a progress table.
