Reversibility export
Retrieve all of your data, in a single operation, in an open format readable without Polyodos — independent of any storage location or legal retention obligation.
Not a project export
Two exports meet two different needs — do not confuse them:
| Export | Scope | Who, when |
|---|---|---|
| Download project (Export / Import) | A single project | Sharing a study, migrating between two instances |
| Reversibility export (this page) | All your owned projects, at once | Retrieving your data, including if you leave the service |
Where to find it
My account → Reversibility export section → Download my data button.
What the archive contains
A ZIP file containing:
- one
.jsonfile per project you own (context, analysis, action plan — all study data, across every module), in a readable, documented format; - for each method family, the library delta: only the items you added or modified compared with the default catalogues (the catalogues themselves are not duplicated — see the ownership clause in the terms of service);
- a
_manifeste.jsonfile summarising the exported projects; - if applicable, an
_erreurs.jsonfile if a project could not be opened.
A progress bar shows project-by-project progress — the operation can take several minutes on an account with many projects.
Your owned projects only
Only projects you own are included. A project shared with you for reading or editing is not included — ask its owner to export it, or to transfer ownership to you (see Sharing a project).
What to do with the file
Each project's JSON can be re-imported via Export / Import on another instance or account. Keep it as proof of reversibility, independent of the service's future availability.
