12-Metrics & Matrices

The RI Metrics page configures the common scales used across all analyses (except PHA — Hazard study in SEVESO mode).

Severity tab

Define N severity levels (G1 to GN): label, description (objective criteria: nature of injuries, extent of effects, cost…), colour.

Likelihood tab

Define N probability levels (P1 to PN): label, description (typical annual frequency, order of magnitude), numeric value.

Risk levels tab (RPN for FMEA)

Define the RPN ranges and their associated criticality level (Acceptable / To monitor / Not acceptable / Critical).

Matrix tab

For each G × P combination, choose the risk level and the colour of the matrix cell.

SEVESO (PIGC) metrics

The PIGC metrics (SEVESO regulatory grids) are fixed and independent of this configuration. They are only active on the PHA — Hazard study page when Hazard study mode is enabled in the Context.
