IEC 62443-3-2
Backup menu → Generate Word report:
- SUC description and component inventory
- Zone and conduit map
- SL-T / SL-C gap table by zone and by FR
- Compliance plan
Industrial Risks
Backup menu → Generate Word report:
- Report structured according to the selected type (PHA, PHA — Hazard study, FMEA, HAZOP, LOPA, Summary)

EBIOS RM

- Risk matrix (criticality table)
- Compatible with ANSSI Excel templates
Industrial Risks — per page
Each RI analysis page has an ⬇ Export XLS button in its header:
- PHA — scenarios with raw and residual ratings
- PHA — Hazard study — scenarios with PIGC grids
- FMEA — failure modes with S, O, D, IPR
- HAZOP — deviations with causes, consequences, measures
- LOPA — scenarios with IPL and residual frequencies
- Modelling — system/function/component hierarchy
- Context — study fact sheet
JSON export (project backup)
Backup menu → Download the project:
- Complete export of all project data
- Readable and re-importable JSON format
- Ideal for long-term archiving or transferring between workstations
The file is automatically named <ProjectName>_YYYY-MM-DD.json.
SVG export (diagrams)
From matrix and diagram pages, an ⬇ SVG or 📷 Export button lets you export the visualisation as a vector image:
- Risk matrices (PHA, FMEA, HAZOP)
- Bow-tie diagrams (simple and advanced)
- Fault trees
SVG files can be inserted into presentations or Word reports.
Printing
Use the browser's native print function (Ctrl+P / Cmd+P) from any page. The CSS styles are optimised for printing: navigation headers and sidebars are hidden, and tables are paginated correctly.
Naming and versioning exports
To make document management easier:
- Always fill in the Reference and Version fields on the Context page — they appear in file names and report headers
- Increment the version at every major revision of the study before regenerating exports
- Archive timestamped exports to keep a history of revisions
Report formats
Exported reports follow the structures recommended by:
- ANSSI for EBIOS RM (EBIOS Risk Manager guide v1.5)
- The IEC 62443-3-2 standard for industrial system analyses
- The SEVESO directives for the ICPE hazard study
