1 — Facility: zones & equipment
This step describes the technical facility of the audited organization: the zones (IT/OT/physical segments) and the equipment present in each. This is the starting point of the whole PIVOT analysis.

Zones
Each zone has the following fields:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Zone name (e.g.: Office network, Production workshop) |
| Type | IT, OT, bureautique, cloud, physique, dmz — displayed as-is, not translated in the interface; colour-coded by type |
| Description | Free-text description of the zone |
| ✕ | Deletes the zone |
Zone equipment
For each zone, a table lists the inventoried equipment:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Present | Checkbox — is the equipment actually present in the audited system |
| Equipment name | Free-text name |
| Category | Matériel, Logiciel, Réseau, Prestataire — displayed as-is, not translated in the interface |
| ✕ | Deletes the equipment |
Quick add
The + Add button in the equipment section creates an empty row. Presets (Workstation, Server, Network switch, Email client, PLC/Controller, Remote access/VPN) let you add a typical piece of equipment in one click, with its category already filled in.
