Action plan & KPIs — IEC 62443
Two monitoring pages that take over once the analysis is done: they don't produce analysis, they track implementation.
Action plan
Aggregates into a single list the measures coming from three sources:
- the countermeasures selected in ZCR 5;
- the ORG measures from the dedicated page;
- the compliance actions stemming from the SL-A / SL-T gap.
Each line carries a status, an owner, a due date and a progress level. The application follow-up Excel export includes all of them.
Monitoring & KPIs
Progress dashboard: breakdown of measures by status, overdue deadlines, coverage by zone, residual gap to the SL-T.
Distinction from the CRS report
The CRS report documents the analysis and the requirements — it is dated and serves as the contractual deliverable. The action plan and the KPIs track execution, which evolves continuously. This is why deployment tracking is not part of the normative deliverable.
