EBIOS RM Report
Page /ebios/rapport — generates the final report of the EBIOS Risk Manager study, in Word and Excel, from all the data entered across the 5 workshops.
Tabs
| Tab | Content |

| ⬇ Export | Generation and download of the Word report and the Excel export |
| 🗂️ Editor | Customisation of document sections (titles, narrative content) |
| 🎨 Styles | Visual styling of the Word document (colours, fonts…) |
Export tab
- Word report (⬇ Word report / ⬇ Download Word report button): complete .docx document with all selected sections, structured according to the EBIOS RM guide (one chapter per workshop). All study data is automatically injected into the document.
- Excel export (📊 Excel export / 📊 Download Excel export button): .xlsx workbook with one tab per workshop, compatible with ANSSI templates.
Customise before exporting
The content of the Word report is customised in the Editor tab, not at export time — check your sections before downloading the final document.
Editor tab
- Left panel: list of the document's sections, each togglable on/off via a checkbox. A section modified from the default template shows a ✎ badge.
- ↺ button: resets the section editor to the default values.
- Right panel, for the selected section:
- Title shown in the document — customises the H1 title (or workshop banner) as it will appear in the Word document
- Narrative data of the section — text fields that feed the template's
{token}variables (a "X/Y filled in" counter)
Document variables
Each section can contain {variable}-type variables that are automatically replaced with the project's data when the document is generated — fill in the narrative fields of the Editor tab to complete them.
Styles tab
Lets you customise the visual styling of the generated Word document (heading styles, colours, layout), independently of the content.
Risk mapping
The risk mapping (Severity × Likelihood matrices) can be exported as an SVG image from the relevant matrix pages (Risk summary, Residual risks).
Last step of the study
The report is generally produced once the 5 workshops are complete — but nothing prevents generating an intermediate export for review while the project is in progress; sections not yet filled in simply appear empty or incomplete.
