The path to your organisation through its ecosystem

For each selected Risk Source/Targeted Objective pair, map an attack path through stakeholders—service providers, partners and suppliers—to your organisation. Stakeholder mapping and exposure/reliability levels are central to this workshop.

What you will do

1. Map critical stakeholders and assess their exposure and reliability.
2. Build one strategic scenario for each selected RS/TO pair and identify exploitable intermediate stakeholders.
3. Review the result in Diagram view, including the stakeholder radar and scenario graph.
